  • Do you provide the cleaning products?

    No, all clients are required to provide their own cleaning products and supplies.
  • Will you send the same cleaner?

    We make our best efforts to send the same cleaner each time, however this is not guaranteed. If we are unable to do so and you are sent an alternate cleaner, they will be fully briefed on your preferences and requests of to ensure consistency of our work.
  • How many cleaners will clean my space?

    Depending on the job and the size of your space, we will either send one cleaner or a team of cleaners. Clients are charged for total hours of cleaning based on the number of cleaners that are assigned to the job for example, 2 cleaners working for 2 hours will be charged at rate of 4 hrs of cleaning.
  • Are you bonded and insured?

    Yes
  • Do you guarantee your work?

    We pride ourselves on the quality of cleaning services provided; however, if you are not satisfied with our cleaning, you will have 24 hrs to notify us and we will re-clean the specific area at no cost.

    We will keep notes on your record to ensure that there is special attention paid to that area for future cleaning.

    Please note that if there are time restrictions put in place by the client, or if we request additional time to complete the work and are not granted an extension, Pinnacle Cleaning cannot offer a guarantee for that job given the fact that we cannot tell how long it may require to complete the work at our guaranteed standards.

  • Will the initial cleaning take longer than the ones that follow?

    In some cases it will. The first cleaning normally takes longer than the following visits so that we can give your space the right cleaning. Homes that have not been cleaned in a while will take longer to clean.
  • How does Payment work?

    All payment is easily done online or by calling our office, we will have you set up payment through our secure credit card processing system at the time of your booking. Clients can then change the card on file, add a tip, and receive paid invoices electronically after the work has been completed.

    A deposit is required for Initial cleanings and new customers

  • What if I need to cancel my appointment?

    We send out a reminder email prior to your cleaning and require a 48-hour notice for cancellation. Cancelation needs to be via phone call, voicemail or email. A $50 cancellation charge will apply if notice is received in less than 48 hrs. If we are unable to access to the home for whatever reason, a 50% no access fee will be charged.
  • What are your janitorial rates?

    All jobs are priced according to task, whether it is daily office cleaning, commercial facility cleaning services, carpet cleaning or a one off heavy duty clean. Variations such as equipment and materials required are also taken into account when calculating the cost.
  • Do you supply everything required?

    Yes, we provide an all-inclusive pricing that encompasses all materials and services
  • How do we pay you?

    Commercial customers are invoiced semi-monthly.
  • What are your hiring practices?

    We have a comprehensive screening process and candidates are security checked in order to ensure that the most trustworthy and qualified people will provide janitorial service in your business.
  • Do all staff receive training and development?

    All staff receive ongoing and comprehensive training in the qualities to manage the sites and services they are allocated. All Janitorial cleaning staff receive in-house and on-site training in all areas needed to carry out their given duties. A comprehensive Health and Safety issues training along with company policies and procedures are covered in their initial induction.
  • Will we always have the same janitor?

    We strive to maintain consistency and continuity as this helps build a good rapport and trust with our Janitorial clients along with added security. If we are unable to do so and you are sent an alternate janitor, they will be fully briefed on your preferences and requests of to ensure consistency of our work.
  • Can you unlock/lock and alarm the building?

    Yes
  • After hours/emergency accessibility?

    We will provide you with an emergency phone number so that we can help you with any emergencies that may arise 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
